Shipping

*****Unfortunately we are unable to accept orders going to Australia due to a temporary suspension of shipping by USPS caused by Covid. As soon as the suspension lifts we will ship there again. Learn more here.

• We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours on normal business days, with the exclusion of weekends and shipping holidays.
• All orders are shipped before 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time with the exception of holidays, in which case your order will ship on the next business day.
• All orders received after 5:00pm are shipped the next business day.
• Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm Eastern Standard Time.
• We ship from Long Island, NY via U.S. Postal Service and most domestic packages should be delivered in 3-5 days.
• Free shipping is offered for all domestic orders of $29.95 or more.
  • By selecting this option, your order will be received in approximately 2-5 business days depending on your location within the US.
• International shipments are sent via the U.S. Postal Service and most packages should be delivered in 2-16 days, depending on the country.
• All merchandise shipped from malepower.com is packed in nondescript pouches or boxes, and the return address reads as MP Apparel.

Returns & Exchanges

• If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please shoot us a note and we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
• Exchanges are always free, and returns will be refunded in the original method of payment upon our receipt of the return.
• All male power returns must be sent back in their original packaging.
• For obvious reasons we cannot accept returns for washed or worn items.
• If you received free shipping for a $29.95 minimum order and your return causes your order to drop below the $29.95 minimum; a $10.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• To initiate an exchange or a return, please send an email to [email protected] that includes your name, order number and reason for return.
• We offer free return postage for U.S. orders.
  • Return postage is not provided for international orders (including Canada).
